2. Scope and client agreements

This policy describes how we handle personal data in connection with this brochure website and with invoicing and card payments we collect through Stripe. If you are (or represent) a TDG client, the master services agreement, statement of work, order form, or other contract between us may contain additional or different terms about data, security, and subprocessors. Where those contracts address the same topic, they control for that engagement.

3. What data we process

We may process categories such as:

  • Website and inquiries. For example, email or other details you give us through contact flows, plus basic technical data needed to run the site (such as IP address and browser type in server logs).
  • Invoicing and payments. When we issue an invoice or accept payment, we and our payment processor (Stripe) process billing and payment-related information. That can include name, email, company name, billing address, invoice identifiers, payment amount, and card or bank details you submit through Stripe-hosted fields. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

4. Stripe

We use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates to process payments and related fraud and compliance checks. Stripe acts as a payment processor and processes card and payment data according to its own agreements and policies. You should review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for how Stripe handles payment information and related activity.

5. Why we use data

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, operate this website, perform contracts with clients, issue and collect invoices, meet accounting and tax obligations, and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information in the sense of "sale" under US state privacy laws that use that term for targeted advertising data brokers.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including records we are required to keep for tax, audit, and dispute resolution. Payment and invoice metadata may be retained for several years where the law requires or permits.

7. International processing

We are based in the United States. Our service providers, including Stripe, may process data in the US and other countries. Those transfers may rely on standard contractual clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or other mechanisms Stripe describes in its privacy materials.

8. Rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data, or to object or complain to a regulator. To exercise a request, contact us using the options on this site. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children

This site and our consulting services are not aimed at children under 16.
