Frequently asked questions
What does THEDATAGUY.COM/TXN mean on my card statement?
THEDATAGUY.COM/TXN is the statement descriptor your bank shows for card charges from TDG Revenue Engineering processed through our payment provider. TXN indicates a transaction charge (for example payment of an invoice). If you do not recognize a charge, open below and include the charge date and amount so we can trace it.
Where are your Terms and Privacy Policy?
Our Terms of Use cover use of this website. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data for this site and for payments. Client work is usually governed by a separate contract (such as an MSA or SOW), which may add or override parts of these public pages for that engagement.
Who processes my card payment?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects card details on secure, Stripe-hosted flows. See stripe.com/privacy for how Stripe handles payment data.

How do refunds or billing disputes work?
